Peeking through the Glass

Click the picture for a zoom view

That's my 75-300mm canon lens. I was cleaning lenses and noticed the depth of reflections the overhead lamp caused in the lens. Had to get the angle right to get maximum reflections in the maximum colors I could.

Good capture.
But if you will entertain 'comments', here goes.

1. I would have done some cropping on the right. For an obsessive compulsive person, the balance in framing is not quite perfect..the BG on the right is just a tad more than that on the left. That is eating me:)

2. There seems to be a little shake. Could have been avioded.

However, it is sometimes the eye for such things, that go otherwise unnoticed, that matters. Good capture.

Thanks for your comments everyone..

@Pya I totally entertain comments... and you are right... that thing bugged me to hell too.. but I forced myself not to pull out the digital scissors.. you see I like to be symmetrical too...but I've been accused of being too symmetrical and was told that I needed to relax my photography style... lol..someone once said.. You can please some people all the time and all people sometimes but never can you please all people at all times... besides can I bug you some more?? please?? pretty please??... notice that the top part of the lens is a little more cropped than the bottom part..lol... oh yeah there's blur and my lazy ass needs to move and get myself a tripod.. I tried putting the camera on a stack of books and stuff but the angle of the shot was too steep so the books were no help :(....
