Old Man

Taken while standing at a bus stop in Long Beach, CA, the thing that drew my attention to the shot was the play of light and shadows. Even though the sunlight's falling from the top right corner of the frame (which would have put the face of the old man in shadows due to the overhangs next to the face), its reflection on the white belly lit up the face.

I like the vertical crop here and I agree with Om, this shot looks amazing in B&W (after looking at the post-processed shot)

The architecture looks good , but a slight tint overlay in picasa can enhance the texture. good capture
